The Beauty of Uniqueness

I’m just different, and I’m here to say,
We all are varied in our own unique way.
Marvellously diverse, with innocence pure,
In this grand tapestry, we’re all meant to endure.

You are just different, and so am I too,
No guilt in my heart for being brand new.
Not wrong for my quirks, nor oddity found,
A difference from you, in this world that surrounds.

A splendid variety, we’re all on display,
Each on our journey, in our own special way.
From one to another, like colours that blend,

In this beautiful mess, where the oddities mend.
All share the same fears, all share the same doubts,

Through mornings of restlessness, our mind twists and shouts.
From windows, we gaze at the same scene in view,
Yet longing for closeness, for love to come through.

We all share the hunger for warmth and affection,
With passion igniting our deep inner connection.
In longings we find, our sufferings too,
It’s human to falter; it’s human to rue.

The joys and the sorrows, they come hand in hand,
In our everyday lives, we try to withstand.
In sleepless nights waiting, our hearts start to ache,
For the tender embrace, the sweet peace we make.

I’m just different, and you’re other, it’s clear,
In this dance of existence, together we steer.
Our differences shine, but sameness does bloom,
In this world of colour, we all make room.
